Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

We are delivering Australia wide. We can only send orders to street addresses in Australia. We do not deliver to PO Boxes and we are unable to ship to any International address.

 

Delivery Timeframes

All products are dispatched from Sydney NSW . Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Upon dispatch we will send you a notification email and your order should arrive within 2 business days if your are in the NSW.

Australia wide, Standard Delivery takes 3-7 business days and Express Delivery 1-4 business days once dispatched.

Please note it can take longer to other states, remote and regional areas. Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, you may experience delays in delivery of your order.

 

Delivery Charges

Currently, we offer delivery at a flat fee of AU$10 (incl.GST) for orders within the Australia.

Orders over AU $150 in product value will be delivered free of shipping charge.

 

Order Tracking

When you place an order you will get a confirmation email - This can take up to 1 working day. You will get a dispatch email when the item has been dispatched and on it's way to you. A quote tracking number will be provided which you can use to track your order.
